Title : Product Manager (Quick Commerce/Logistics)

Job location : State - UP , City - Noida

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and own products that streamline field operations, fulfillment, and time-bound delivery workflows.

- Define and optimize SOP-driven processes, replacing manual decision-making with robust, scalable systems.

- Lead product discovery, write PRDs, and collaborate with engineering, design, and operations teams to drive end-to-end execution.

- Deeply understand on-ground operational complexity and convert it into simple, reliable tech flows.

- Use data to identify bottlenecks, reduce turnaround times, and improve SLA adherence across regions.

- Work with cross-functional stakeholders to run pilots, gather feedback, and drive adoption at scale.

- Own product metrics such as SLA compliance, process reliability, field productivity, and system-driven decision accuracy.

Skills Required:

1. Deep understanding of quick commerce, e-commerce and last mile logistics product.

2. Experience in product lifecycle management, sprint planning, and agile workflow

3. Comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with large-scale operational dependencies.

4. Excellent communication skills and ability to align stakeholders across business, ops, and tech.

5. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to bring order to chaotic, high-volume environments.

6. Proven track record building tools for on-ground teams, field agents, dispatch, routing, logistics, or operations automation

Technical/Functional Proficiency Required:

1. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

2. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

3. Experience with data analysis (SQL preferred) and translating insights into product decisions.

4. Strong team management abilities.

Educational Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field, MBA/PGDM (preferred).

2. 8+ years of product management experience in Quick Commerce, logistics, supply chain, or marketplace operations

3. Proven track record building tools for on-ground teams, field agents, dispatch, routing, logistics, or operations automation

Experience Level (If applicable):

1. 8-12 Years experience.

2. Experience in the BFSI domain is a significant plus.
