We are building a next-gen Collections Platform from the ground up to empower financial institutions with cutting-edge tools to improve recovery, enhance compliance, and streamline field operations.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Product Manager who will take end-to-end ownership of the Collections vertical. You will work closely with the Collections Head, engineering, design, data, and business teams to build a scalable, efficient, and data-driven collections product.

This is a high-impact role where you will shape the product vision and roadmap from the planning stage itself.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own the product lifecycle - ideation, planning, requirement gathering, design, development, testing, go-live, and iterations.

- Define the product roadmap in alignment with the collections strategy and business objectives.

- Translate domain knowledge and business problems into clear product requirements (PRDs, user stories, wireframes).

- Work with the tech and design teams to deliver features on time and with high quality.

- Understand the needs of collection agents, back-office teams, and NBFC/bank clients to design intuitive workflows and tools (dashboards, field app, telecalling interface, payment reconciliation, etc.).

- Ensure the product is compliant with regulatory guidelines, audit requirements, and data security norms.

- Drive product adoption through internal training, documentation, and client onboarding support.

- Monitor product performance, user feedback, and recovery metrics to drive continuous improvements.

- Benchmark features and offerings with leading collections platforms in the market.

Must-Have Qualifications:

- 5-7 years of overall experience, with 3+ years in the collections domain.

- Proven experience in building or managing financial products (preferably related to collections, credit, recovery, or loan lifecycle management).

- Strong product thinking with experience in creating wireframes, PRDs, and functional specs.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, zero-to-one environment with ambiguity and evolving requirements.

- Hands-on experience in working with cross-functional teams (tech, ops, compliance, sales).

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Good to Have:

- Exposure to field force management tools, digital payment integrations, or collection scorecards.

- Experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise product environments.

- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks like RBI guidelines, DRA compliance, and audit protocols in collections.
