About the Role:

Manipal Business Solutions is looking for a dynamic Product Manager with hands-on experience in building and scaling operational technology for high-velocity, on-ground execution environments. The ideal candidate has worked in quick-commerce or ride-hailing companies such as Zepto, BigBasket, Swiggy, Instamart, Ola, Uber, Rapido, etc., and has driven products that optimize large-scale field operations involving riders, agents, or drivers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own end-to-end product strategy, roadmap, and execution for field-operations technology.

- Build scalable systems that optimize real-time assignment, routing, and fulfillment efficiency.

- Design and enhance tools for managing feet-on-street workforce (agents/riders/drivers) at scale.

- Collaborate with engineering, operations, data science, and business teams to deliver impactful product features.

- Leverage data and analytics to improve allocation logic, reduce SLA breaches, and enhance customer/agent experience.

- Identify process gaps and convert operational challenges into product-driven solutions.

- Drive continuous improvement in operational workflows through automation and intelligent platform design.

Desired Background: 3-7 years of product management experience in tech-first companies.

Prior experience in:

- Quick commerce (e.g., Zepto, BigBasket, Swiggy Instamart)

- Ride-hailing/logistics (e.g., Ola, Uber, Rapido)

- Or any high-scale operations-led digital platform.

Strong understanding of:

- Real-time demandsupply matching

- Allocation engines

- Routing systems

- Field-force management

- Operational scalability

- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and deliver high-impact products in fast-paced environments.

- Excellent analytical, execution, and stakeholder management skills.
