Technical Project Manager - Healthcare Data & AI Platforms

Position Overview:

We are seeking a forward-thinking, high-impact Technical Project Manager to oversee the development of our cutting-edge healthcare data and AI platforms. In this role, you will champion Agile methodologies, optimize team resource allocation, and ensure the seamless delivery of complex technical products.

As a pivotal leader in our Health Tech organization, you will bridge the gap between deep technical execution and executive strategyclearly communicating how our AI-powered solutions drive data interoperability, unlock critical insights, and deliver measurable ROI for our healthcare, payer, and biopharma clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Technology Project Management & Agile Delivery:

- Lead & Execute: Guide cross-functional internal teams and stakeholders through the full project lifecycle to successfully deliver our core healthcare data platform and AI products.

- Optimize Workflows: Build, refine, and maintain efficient Agile project processes and workflows using Jira and other modern development tools to ensure timely, high-quality technical delivery.

- Resource & Task Management: Collaborate with team leads and management to scope new initiatives, allocate engineering effort, and track milestones, deliverables, and outcomes.

2. Portfolio Strategy & Executive Communication:

- Translate Tech to Value: Map technical and operational capabilities into clear, value-driven business outcomes tailored for executive decision-makers.

- Risk Mitigation: Proactively monitor the health of the project portfolio, identify bottlenecks, and implement mitigation strategies to keep timelines on track.

3. Product Demonstrations & Sales Support:

- High-Impact Demos: Deliver tailored technical demonstrations showcasing how our AI solutions transform healthcare workflows, predictive analytics, and data integration.

- Enable Growth: Partner with the commercial team to support sales cycles using compelling, executive-ready presentations that articulate product value to prospective clients.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.

- Experience: 5+ years of proven project management experience delivering complex software, data, or technology products.

- Stakeholder Management: Exceptional track record of managing delivery across multiple technical teams and aligning diverse stakeholder groups.

- Technical Savvy: Deep understanding of modern IT architecture, data pipelines, and data governance.

- AI/ML Familiarity: Strong conceptual knowledge of AI/ML, with a specific focus on Generative AI applications in healthcare.

- Soft Skills: Outstanding leadership, team coordination, and executive-level communication skills.
