We are part of a leading global professional services and consulting network delivering Digital Transformation, ERP Transformation, and SAP Managed Services (AMS) to enterprise clients across UK, US, and Australia.

With a 1,200+ member SAP and ERP delivery organization in India, we are entering a high-growth expansion phase with plans to scale by an additional 600+ hires over the next 18-24 months.

Role Overview:

This is a Managing Director / Practice Leader role with full ownership of SAP Managed Services (AMS) including strategy, P&L, global delivery, client growth, and capability scaling.

The mandate is to build a world-class SAP AMS / ERP Managed Services practice supporting large global enterprise accounts, driving operational excellence, automation, and margin optimization.

Key Responsibilities

1. Practice Leadership & Strategy

- Define and execute SAP AMS growth strategy

- Build scalable Global Delivery Model for UK, US, Australia markets

- Establish governance frameworks, SLA/KPI structures, and transformation roadmap

2. P&L & Business Expansion

- Own revenue, margin, and profitability for SAP Managed Services

- Drive account mining, cross-sell, upsell, and managed services expansion

- Partner with global consulting and transformation leaders

3. Large-Scale Team Leadership

- Lead and scale a 1,200+ member SAP organization

- Drive 600+ planned hires across S/4HANA, ECC, SuccessFactors, Ariba, BW, HCM, FICO, MM, SD

- Build strong L2/L3/L4 leadership layers

4. Delivery & Operational Excellence

- Oversee SAP Application Management Services (L1/L2/L3 support)

- Drive automation, AI-led service optimization, and productivity improvements

- Ensure high CSAT, SLA adherence, and risk mitigation

5. Stakeholder & CXO Engagement

- Interface with global CIOs, CTOs, and Transformation Heads

- Lead executive governance forums and steering committees

Ideal Candidate

- 20+ years of experience in SAP / ERP ecosystem

- Strong experience in SAP AMS / Managed Services leadership

- Proven track record in scaling large global delivery teams (1000+ preferred)

- Demonstrated P&L ownership in consulting / IT services environment

- Exposure to UK / US / ANZ markets

- Experience in Big 4 / Tier 1 IT Services firms preferred
