Revenue Strategy and Planning:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive revenue strategy to drive business growth in India.

- Establish annual and quarterly revenue targets and ensure consistent achievement or overachievement of these goals.

- Lead the sales team to identify, target, and acquire high-value clients across enterprise, telecom, and hyperscale segments.

Build and lead a high-performing sales and marketing team to achieve aggressive growth targets.

Market Analysis & Competitive Intelligence

- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive threats.

- Monitor competitor offerings and market positioning to adjust and stay ahead in the market.

- Represent our Data Centres at industry events, conferences, and other networking opportunities.

Revenue Forecasting & Financial Planning

- Prepare and oversee revenue forecasting, pricing strategies, and financial performance reviews.

- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure the business meets its revenue and profitability goals.

- Analyze financial reports, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and report results to the President regularly.

Client Relationship Management:

- Establish and nurture strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients, including key decision-makers and C-suite executives.

- Regularly engage with the senior leadership team to align revenue goals with the overall strategic vision of the business.

- Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including partners, vendors, and key influencers in the data centre and technology sectors.

Desired Skills & Experience:

Experience:

- Minimum of 15-20 years of experience in revenue management, business development, or sales leadership within the data centre, or technology or cloud services industry.

- Track record of driving multimillion-dollar revenue growth and establishing long-term client partnerships.

- Experience working with hyperscalers, enterprises, or large technology firms is highly desirable.

Skills:

- Deep understanding of the digital infrastructure landscape, including data center operations, cloud solutions, and emerging technologies.

- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking capabilities with a focus on execution.
