Manager / Senior Manager / AVP - Investment Banking (Buy Side)

A fast growing investment firm with presence in Hyderabad, Mumbai, and Ahmedabad, focused on executing high value transactions and building long term investment platforms.

Role Overview :

This role involves driving end to end buyside mandates, including identifying investment opportunities, financial analysis, deal execution, and post investment monitoring. You will work closely with senior leadership and investors on live transactions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Identify and evaluate high growth investment opportunities

- Build financial models and valuations (DCF, comps, scenario analysis)

- Prepare pitch decks, teasers, and Investment Committee memos

- Lead or support due diligence and deal execution

- Coordinate with legal, tax, and advisory teams

- Engage with investors, promoters, and stakeholders

- Support deal structuring, negotiations, and documentation

- Monitor portfolio performance and support value creation initiatives

Candidate Profile :

- 4 to 6 years of experience in Investment Banking, Big 4 TAS, or Corporate Finance

- Strong financial modeling and valuation skills

- Experience in deal execution, fundraising, or transaction advisory

Qualification : CA, CFA, or MBA in Finance

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
