Job Description: Senior Inside Sales - Car Rental Business (Individual Contributor)
Designation: Manager/Senior Manager - Inside Sales (IC Role)

About the Role:
We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic Inside Sales Leader (Individual Contributor) to drive revenue for our car rental and mobility business.
This role requires ownership of funnel creation, lead generation, and end-to-end sales execution, with a strong focus on building a robust B2B pipeline and closing high-value deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and own the complete sales funnel - from market mapping and lead generation to conversion
- Drive proactive lead generation through cold outreach, partnerships, networking, and digital channels
- Identify and acquire enterprise and mid-market corporate clients, travel partners, and B2B accounts
- Design and execute go-to-market strategies for acquiring new business in the car rental/mobility segment
- Conduct consultative selling, virtual demos, and solution presentations tailored to client mobility needs
- Negotiate commercials and close long-term and high-value contracts
- Continuously track, analyse, and improve funnel metrics (conversion rates, pipeline velocity, deal size, etc. )
- Build strong client relationships to drive repeat business, upselling, and cross-selling
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to optimize lead quality and service delivery
- Maintain accurate pipeline visibility and reporting through CRM systems
Key Requirements:
- 8-10 years of experience in inside sales / B2B sales
- Proven expertise in funnel creation, pipeline building, and lead generation from scratch
- Strong experience in closing complex and high-value deals
- Background in car rental, mobility, travel, logistics, fleet management, or related industries preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to think strategically and execute independently in an IC role
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in sales metrics and performance tracking
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools and digital sales platforms
Preferred Background:
- Experience in selling corporate mobility solutions, employee transportation, or travel services
- Exposure to enterprise clients, procurement teams, and long-term contract negotiations
- Understanding of pricing models, SLAs, and fleet utilization dynamics
