Role Overview:

- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager/AVP - Credit to join a leading organization in the Infrastructure Finance/Solar Finance sector, based in Gurgaon/Gurugram. This role will be pivotal in managing the credit appraisal process, ensuring robust risk management, and contributing to the overall credit strategy of the organization.


- The individual will work closely with the credit operations team, business development, and senior management, playing a key role in evaluating and approving credit proposals for infrastructure and solar energy projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough credit appraisal of infrastructure and solar finance projects, analyzing financial statements, project feasibility reports, and market dynamics.

- Develop and maintain credit policies and procedures to ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and internal risk appetite.

- Manage the credit control function, monitoring portfolio performance and identifying potential risks or early warning signals.

- Prepare detailed credit reports and presentations for senior management and credit committees, providing recommendations on credit proposals.

- Oversee credit operations, ensuring efficient and accurate processing of loan applications and disbursement of funds.

- Implement and maintain robust risk management frameworks to mitigate credit risk and ensure portfolio quality.

- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in credit risk management and infrastructure/solar finance.

- Mentor and train junior credit team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to conduct comprehensive credit risk assessments and financial analysis of infrastructure and solar projects.

- Proven expertise in developing and implementing credit policies, procedures, and risk management frameworks.

- Strong understanding of credit operations, loan documentation, and regulatory compliance requirements.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Educational background: MBA in Finance or related field preferred.

- Experience: 8-12 years of relevant experience in Credit Risk, Infrastructure Finance, or Solar Finance.

Qualification - CA (Mandatory)

Notice Period - Immediate to One Month

Only Delhi NCR based Candidates - As it will require Face to Face interviews.
