Manager - YouTube Operations

What Youll Do:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive YouTube channel strategy aligned with overall business goals on growth levers and revenue.

- Competitor Analysis research and optimize Tamil channel Strategy accordingly with regards to video views, average view duration, watch-time, meta data, custom titles, descriptions, tags etc..

- A daily discipline of analyzing performance using YouTube Analytics and identify areas for improvement as per best practices or suggest ideas to a/b test for results.

- Ability to execute work with internal and external agencies, along with tracking on upload videos according to a consistent posting calendar.

- Trendspotting and staying up-to-date on YouTube trends and best practices within the publishing and creator economy.

- Keep week-on-week reports on northstar metrics for growth and being agile in identifying opportunities to improve.

- Generate reports on channel performance and present findings to stakeholders

Who You Are:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in YouTube channel management.

- Proven track record of growing a YouTube channel and achieving channel goals (views, subscribers, engagement, revenue).

- Strong understanding of YouTube SEO and optimization best practices and YT analytics.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Highly organized and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.

- Driven by ambition to build skills sets across Youtube and other digital platforms.

- S/He Must :- Read / Write / Speak Tamil, Malayalam English Mandatory.

Bonus Points:

- Knowledge of video analytics tools beyond YouTube Analytics.

- Experience in Microsoft Excel and PPT.

- A strong understanding of Copyright.

- YouTube Certification is must
