Manager - Working Capital

- Working Capital Optimization: Lead projects focused on enhancing cash flow, reducing inventory levels, and streamlining accounts receivable and payable processes.

- Strategic Design & Implementation: Develop and execute strategies to optimize cash conversion cycle and liquidity management.

- Data-Driven Insights: Analyze financial and operational data to identify opportunities for working capital improvement.

- Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their business goals and customize solutions to align with their specific requirements.

- Team Leadership: Support and guide team members throughout the project lifecycle, from planning and execution to successful implementation.

- To drive efficiency and enhance cash flow management across the Procure-to-Pay (PTP), Order-to-Cash (OTC), and Forecast-to-Fulfillment (FTF) processes.
