
Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Workforce Data Manager to lead the workforce data delivery function within a global HR Shared Services environment.
The role is responsible for the accurate, standardised and timely execution of workforce data transactions, mass-data changes, operational governance and data-quality processes in alignment with enterprise data standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end workforce data transactions, governance and mass-data change processes.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of employee and organisational data.
- Establish and maintain data-quality standards, standard operating procedures and operational governance processes.
- Align workforce data operations with enterprise service-delivery standards and expectations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data accuracy, processing efficiency and operational performance.
- Ensure compliance with data-privacy requirements, regulatory standards and internal data-governance policies.
- Monitor team performance against SLAs and KPIs and proactively resolve operational issues.
- Partner with HRIT, Analytics and Process teams to support data-model alignment, system updates and reporting integrity.
- Support workforce planning and reporting through reliable and well-governed employee data.
- Lead, coach and manage the workforce data operations team.
Candidate Profile:
- 9+ years of experience in HR operations, workforce data management, HR master data or employee-data administration.
- Experience working in a large, complex organisation, GCC or HR Shared Services environment.
- Strong understanding of HR master data management, organisational data governance and workforce data processes.
- Experience leading operational HR data teams and managing performance against defined service levels.
- Hands-on experience with HR information systems such as Workday or similar workforce data platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to improve data quality, process standardisation and operational efficiency.
- Knowledge of data privacy, regulatory compliance and HR data-governance requirements.
- Strong numerical, analytical and problem-solving capability.
- Experience partnering with HRIT, HR Analytics, Data Governance and business teams.
- Strong stakeholder-management and communication skills.
