Manager - Warehouse Operations - eCommerce

1. Experience & Leadership

- Lead daily warehouse operations in a multi-channel fulfillment environment (B2B & B2C).

- Manage a team of 8-10 executives/assistant managers and 100+ blue-collar associates.

- Drive workforce productivity, training, and motivation to ensure seamless execution.

2. Process & Technology

- Oversee end-to-end warehouse processes-receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and returns.

- Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) such as SAP, Uniware, or equivalent tools.

- Proficient in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data analysis) for reporting and tracking.

3. Inventory & Order Fulfillment

- Manage order fulfillment at scale:

- B2B: ~2,500-3,000 cases dispatched daily for 10-15 vendors.

- B2C: ~3,500-4,000 orders processed daily.

- Oversee inventory of 70,000-80,000 units with accuracy and process adherence.

- Ensure high service levels, timely dispatch, and zero stock variances.

4. Relocation & Workplace Flexibility

- Comfortable with daily travel/relocation within a 20-25 km radius of Bhiwandi.

- Flexible to adapt to operational needs and extended hours when required.

5. Qualifications & Communication

- Degree (preferred in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field).

- 6+ years of experience in warehouse operations and team leadership.

- Strong problem-solving, people management, and communication skills.

- Comfortable in English and Hindi for team coordination.
