Role Summary

The Virtual CFO Services Manager will lead end-to-end finance advisory engagements for multiple clients, acting as a strategic partner to founders and leadership teams. The role combines financial controllership, business planning, compliance oversight, and stakeholder management, while mentoring junior team members and ensuring high-quality delivery across accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage a portfolio of Virtual CFO clients across sectors (startups, SMEs, growth-stage companies)

- Act as primary finance advisor to founders/CEOs on cash flow, budgeting, and profitability

- Prepare and review MIS, monthly/quarterly financial reports, and dashboards

- Drive budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and business planning exercises

- Oversee statutory compliance including GST, TDS, income tax, and audit coordination

- Support fundraising activities: financial models, investor decks, due diligence

- Strengthen internal controls, SOPs, and financial processes for clients

- Lead and mentor analysts/assistants; ensure timely and accurate deliverables

Qualifications & Experience:

- CA / MBA (Finance) / equivalent qualification preferred

- 5-8 years of experience in finance, consulting, or CFO advisory roles

- Prior experience in Virtual CFO, startup finance, or professional services is a strong plus
