Manager/Vice President - Credit Solutions/Investment Banking

1. Credit Solutions : Project Finance, WC Finance, Promoters' Funding and Special Situations Fund Raising

2. Investment Banking : Private Equity, Transaction Advisory, Formation of Family Offices, Mergers & Demergers, Valuations, Financial Modelling

Qualifications : CAs/MBAs from premier institues with experience of 10-15 years.

Role & Responsibilities:

Debt Solutions:

- Demonstrated experience in executing debt transactions and leading end to end process.

- Work closely with Banks, NBFCs, ARCs, AIFs, Rating agencies and legal advisors.

- Preparation of CMA data, Project Reports and Information Memorandum

Investment Banking:

- Lead structuring and execution of equity capital raising transactions

- Liaise with Investment banks, legal advisors, regulators throughout the transaction life-cycles

- Co-ordinate with due diligence processes and data room management

General:

- Develop and maintain detailed financial models, sensitivity analysis and cash flow forecasts

- Prepare presentations, Information Memorandum and credit documentation

- Excellent financial modelling, analytical and excel skills

- Strong communication and negotiation skills

- Preference to finance persons working in data centres.
