VCS Voice & Value added Services Sales - Manager  Key accountabilities and decision ownership :   - Achieve Revenue, Margin and Growth Objectives as set out in the DB from the assigned and new accounts.   - Evolve business strategy for assigned accounts and create funnel of new accounts.  - Facilitate partnerships in the Carrier eco system, Internal & External Stakeholder Management   - Augmentation and expansion of new Carriers Interconnect.   - Optimization of cost and network resources.   - Control Exposure and receivables and timely dispute resolution.   - Business Development, partner management and representation in events to improve existing Business ties and gain Market insights.   Key performance indicators :   - Achievement of Revenue & Margins from the existing and new customers.   - Business Hygiene - Dispute resolution, Bad debts, timely billing.  - Revenues and Margin from New Products and Growth of SMS, IGCS business.   Core competencies, knowledge and experience :   - 10+ years overall experience with 5+ years experience in Wholesale Voice and SMS Hubbing, in depth understanding of National and International wholesale Voice Business.   - Relationship with VoIP and Tier 1 operators, and SMS aggregator in the Region.   - Understanding of key business aspects like Financial modelling, Technology, Voice Products and Service and market evolution -   - Proven Sales, Negotiation, Analytical and Communication Skills with drive for innovation.  - Take initiative along with innate understanding of Customer behaviour.   Nithya Angeline 08040001320
