Job Description:


We are currently collaborating with a prominent Singapore-based company specializing in Esports and Gaming to recruit a User Insights & Regional Growth Manager for the Indian market.

This position is fully remote, offering flexibility to work from any location.

Job Description:


The primary focus of this role is to uncover and analyze the needs, motivations, and challenges faced by both existing and potential MOBA players in India.

By collecting user feedback and behavioral data through various channels, you will transform these insights into actionable product enhancements and go-to-market strategies.

We seek a seasoned user insights professional-beyond just a community or research manager-capable of bridging player understanding with product and marketing strategies tailored to the Indian gaming landscape.

Responsibilities:


- Conduct thorough player research via surveys, interviews, community listening, and market analysis to gain deep insights into user motivations, unmet needs, and pain points.

- Collaborate closely with analysts and researchers to identify user needs and market opportunities within India.

- Provide strategic recommendations on product features and marketing campaigns while developing frameworks that inform gameplay content, cosmetic offerings, metagame systems, and publishing initiatives.

- Drive product strategy to effectively meet the needs of our target audience while leading cross-functional teams-including R&D, publishing, and other key departments-to successfully execute these strategies.

Desired Qualifications:

- Total experience 8 to10 years and A minimum of 5 years of experience in user research, business strategy, product management, or consulting within the gaming industry.

- Proven experience supporting live-service or competitive titles.

- A strong understanding of MOBA players' motivations and in-game behaviors.

- Demonstrated capability in leveraging insights to shape marketing strategies and segmentation approaches.

- Excellent analytical skills coupled with effective communication abilities; a proactive mindset focused on achieving goals.

- Proficiency in English along with Hindi (or other major Indian languages); an in-depth understanding of Indian gaming culture and user habits is essential.

- Willingness to travel occasionally to headquarters in China for cross-regional collaboration.
