US Taxation Corporate Filing Manager (EST Shift)
- We are seeking a detail-oriented Tax Manager with strong expertise in U.S. taxation and accounting. The ideal candidate will become an important and productive member of our team. In this role, you will:
- Prepare and review moderate and complex business and Personal income tax returns, including Form 1040, 1120 (C-Corp and S-Corp), 1065 (Partnership), and other mandatory federal and state returns.
- Prepare and review of trust and Estate Tax returns
- Provide Leadership and guidance to other Professionals in the office
- Ensure compliance with IRS regulations and stay current with updates in U.S. tax laws.
- Support and enhance internal controls and recommend process improvements.
- Expand technical and professional Knowledge through more significant exposure to new Client situations, regular Self-study and formal training Opportunities.
Preferred candidate profile:
- The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong knowledge of U.S. tax laws, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to manage complex financial tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- 7+ years of experience in accounting/taxation, preferably in public accounting or tax advisory firms.
- In-depth knowledge of U.S. federal and state tax laws.
- Proven expertise in preparing and filing U.S. tax returns for individuals, corporations, and partnerships.
- Masters degree in finance or accounting
- CPA or EA certification strongly preferred.
- High attention to detail, integrity, and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- High level of integrity, Leadership and Professionalism
