Job Title: US Accounting & Taxation Manager

Location: Remote (India) | 6pm to 3am IST

Role Summary:

Seeking an experienced Accounting & Finance Manager (US) to manage end-to-end accounting operations for a US-based organization, including financial reporting, compliance, and audits.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage AR, AP, GL, and month-end/year-end closures

- Prepare financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)

- Ensure compliance with US GAAP, IFRS, and US tax regulations

- Coordinate audits, tax filings, and statutory requirements

- Support management with financial reports and analysis

Requirements:

- CPA (mandatory)

- 7+ years of US accounting and Taxation experience

- Prior experience with a US-based company (mandatory)

- Strong knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS & taxation

- Experience with QuickBooks / NetSuite / ERP systems

- Excellent communication skills

Work Mode: Remote | 6-7pm IST to 3-4amIST
