Manager - UK Tax

Must have attributes

- Good experience in working on UK real estate corporate tax, UK Tax, International Tax compliance and / or advisory assignments.

- Review Complex Returns.

- Excellent exposure and understanding of concepts of international tax.

Desired/good to have attributes:

- UK Real Estate market experience

- Tax structuring - helping our clients to buy and sell properties in a tax efficient manner

- Working collaboratively with Partner and Director team to build relationships on key accounts

- International tax advice and due diligence services on cross-border transactions

- Participate in business development initiatives and proposal activity

- Tax compliance advising our clients about on-going tax requirements

- Setting up property funds including UK Real Estate Investment Trusts

- Excellent technical knowledge of International Tax concepts and emerging principals

- Sufficient technical knowledge of UK Tax to understand one or more specialised areas of work

- Deal with all general correspondence in a timely manner ensuring that clients have an effective and efficient service

- Review and challenge work done by the Associates / AMs being tax returns.
