Treasury Manager - Treasury Systems & Data Analytics

Reports to: Director- Treasury Operations & Center of Excellence

Position Summary:

The Treasury Manager Treasury Systems & Data Analytics will lead the Treasury technology ecosystem, reporting, analytics, and digital transformation initiatives for our client's Global Treasury organization. The role is responsible for maximizing the value of Treasury systems, delivering high-quality management reporting, improving data governance, and driving automation across Treasury processes.

Working closely with Treasury Operations, Capital Markets, Regional Treasury Managers, IT, Accounting, FP&A, and banking partners, this individual will transform Treasury data into actionable insights while supporting the modernization of Treasury operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Treasury Systems Administration:

- Serve as functional administrator for Treasury Management Systems (Kyriba or successor platform).

- Evaluate and support Treasury modules including cash management, bank account management, debt management, and payments.

- Coordinate system upgrades, testing, enhancements, and releases.

- Partner with IT and vendors on system integrations.

Treasury Reporting & Analytics:

- Develop executive Treasury dashboards.

- Produce daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly Treasury reporting.

- Design KPIs for liquidity, cash forecasting, FX, bank fees, and working capital.

- Support predictive analytics and cash forecasting models.

Data Management, Business Intelligence and Automation:

- Develop Power BI dashboards and visualization tools, improve Treasury data quality and governance, and build automated reporting solutions.

- Lead Treasury automation initiatives and evaluate opportunities for:

1. Artificial Intelligence

2. Robotic Process Automation (RPA)

3. Machine Learning

4. Workflow Automation

- Support Treasury transformation initiatives and lead treasury technology projects.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Systems, Accounting, Computer Science, or Business.

- 7+ years of Treasury systems, Treasury operations, or financial systems experience.

- Experience with Kyriba (preferred), SAP, Power BI, SQL, Power Query, or similar analytics platforms.

- Advanced Excel skills.

- Strong project management skills.

- Excellent analytical and communication abilities.
