Manager - Treasury Operations

Role Overview:

The organization is seeking an experienced Treasury professional to manage end-to-end treasury operations, investments, compliance, and stakeholder coordination. The role requires strong domain expertise in treasury operations, investment management, MIS reporting, and ERP systems, along with a focus on governance and audit readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day treasury operations in line with the approved investment policy.

- Prepare and maintain real-time Investment Registers for all entities.

- Handle investments across Bank Fixed Deposits, Mutual Funds, and Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs).

- Prepare and present MIS reports related to treasury operations.

- Ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance with internal finance policies.

- Identify and implement process improvements, efficiency enhancements, and automation in treasury workflows.

- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial and treasury processes.

- Manage documentation related to change in authority with Mutual Fund AMCs.

- Obtain and track periodic confirmations from Mutual Fund AMCs.

- Build and maintain strong working relationships with Brokers and Mutual Fund AMCs.

- Provide required information during audits and inspections and ensure clean audit outcomes for the treasury function.

Qualifications:

- B.Com / M.Com / CA (Inter) / MBA - Finance

Key Skills & Experience:

- 08-12 years of experience in Treasury Operations (8+ years can be considered).

- Experience in investments: Bank FDs, Mutual Funds, ETFs.

- Hands-on experience with Treasury ERP systems such as Oracle, IBS, SAP TRM.

- Exposure to treasury operations managing funds up to 2,000 Cr.

- Strong domain knowledge in treasury, investments, and compliance.

- Experience in MIS reporting, documentation, and audit coordination.

- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Additional Sourcing Parameters:

- Preference for Ahmedabad-based candidates; others may be considered.

- Stability in past roles is essential.

- Current employer tenure must be a minimum of 2 years.
