Job Description : We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Treasury Mid Office Manager to support and oversee the control framework around treasury activities. This role acts as a critical link between the front office and back office, ensuring accurate trade capture, risk monitoring, and compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards

Key Responsibilities:

- Validate and monitor treasury transactions including money market, FX, and derivative trades.

- Ensure timely and accurate trade capture, confirmation matching, and exception resolution.

- Monitor market, liquidity, and counterparty risk exposures and escalate breaches as needed.

- Perform independent verification of pricing, valuation, and P&L attribution.

- Develop and maintain robust controls and reconciliations between front office systems and accounting records.

- Support regulatory and internal reporting requirements related to treasury activities.

- Collaborate with front office, risk, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution and control.

- Contribute to automation and process improvement initiatives within the treasury function.

Profile

Qualifications & Experience:

- CA/MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.

- 5-8 years of experience in treasury mid office, risk, or finance control functions within a financial institution.

- Strong understanding of financial instruments, market risk, and treasury operations.

- Proficiency in Excel, financial systems, and data analysis tools.

- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skill
