Manager - Treasury

The candidate will be primarily responsible for the following:

- Develop a sound understanding of the various debt products including NCDs, PTCs, Direct assignment etc.

- Participate in end-to-end life cycle of debt syndication assignments for FI clients i.e. NBFCs, Microfinance companies and HFCs

- Develop knowledge of various aspects of debt fund raising including regulations, tax, excel modelling and documentation.

- Creating high-quality content in the form of teasers, presentations, pitchbooks etc.

- Provide inputs for transaction structuring.

- Assisting in building and managing long-term investment partnerships with all stakeholders including investors, clients, rating agencies, trustee, legal counsel etc.

- Assist the clients in strategically managing their asset and liability side of the balance sheets by offering suitable debt and structured finance products.

- Identify high quality companies to on board as Company's clients. Develop a strong investor franchise for Company's transactions. Represent Company at conferences and seminars.
