- Primary responsibilities include cash management, wire control and funding; portfolio financing and capital optimization; liquidity risk assessment, collateral management and counterparty risk exposure management; relationship management of bank and financing counterparties; regulatory and investor reporting; cash forecasting; systems implementation.

Responsibilities:

- Cash Management - Handle all cash-related activities, including intercompany transfers and third-party payments (e.g., interest/principal repayment on loans, fund expenses, bank fees, and distribution payments).

- Cash Forecasting - Forecast cash needs by comparing current cash availability and arranging for borrowing or capital calls to cover any shortfall.

- Wire Transfers - Prepare wire transfer templates and ensure timely execution of payments while meeting strict cut-off deadlines.

- Support Function - Assist middle and back-office teams with deal funding and trade settlements.

- Process Improvement and Special Project - Support new business initiatives, special projects, and contribute ideas to improve processes.

- Bank Account Management and Relationship Coordination - Oversee bank account openings and manage relationships with banking partners.

- Coordinate Know Your Customer (KYC) updates and refreshes with banks to ensure compliance

- Leverage Facility Management - Manage borrowing under leverage facilities, including paydowns, drawdowns, and interest capitalization

Requirements:

- Experience leading activities including new Treasury Management System implementations, enhancements, modifications, integrations, and project management

- Experience managing operational aspects of leverage facilities

- In-depth knowledge of SWIFT message standards

- Previous experience using Treasury Management Workstation and SWIFT payment processing and reporting

- Previous experience using Geneva or other accounting systems

- Previous experience with alternative asset management company

- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Advanced Excel, Word and PowerPoint

- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new systems and processes

- Demonstrated ability to enhance current process and drive improvements

- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
