
JOB ROLE:
The role will support the development and execution Strategic roadmap and transformation initiatives. The incumbent will work closely with senior leadership to drive high-impact projects, build analytical frameworks, support strategic decision making, and translate strategic priorities into actionable business initiatives. The role requires a high degree of ownership, structured problem-solving capability, and the ability to deliver board-ready outputs while working with cross-functional stakeholders
QUALIFICATIONS: MBA from a reputed institution (Tier-1 or strong Tier-2 preferred)
EXPERIENCE: 4-7 Years of Experience in Management Consulting, Advisory, Corporate Strategy
SKILLS:
- Strategic Thinking & Problem Solving: Ability to structure complex business problems, develop hypotheses, and drive analytical problem-solving.
- Financial & Analytical Skills: Strong financial modelling, market analysis, and business case development capabilities.
- Research & Insight Generation: Ability to conduct industry, competitive, and financial analysis and translate insights into strategic recommendations.
- Communication & Presentation: Ability to create crisp, board-ready presentations and communicate insights clearly to senior stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Management: Ability to collaborate with business heads, finance, and operations teams to drivestrategic initiatives.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Special Projects: Lead end-to-end ownership of high-priority strategic projects assigned by leadership.
Drive initiatives across areas such as:
- Cost optimisation
- Margin improvement
- Operational excellence
- AI adoption and pilot initiatives
- Cross-functional transformation projects
- Support M&A activities, including opportunity evaluation, due diligence, and post-merger integration initiatives where required.
Strategic Analysis & Business Case Development:
- Develop analytical frameworks, financial models, and business cases to support key strategic decisions.
- Prepare high-quality presentations, strategy notes, and board-ready materials for leadership discussions.
- Support leadership in evaluating strategic opportunities and investment decisions.
Analytical & Research Support:
- Conduct market, industry, and competitive research to support strategic initiatives.
- Analyse financial and operational data to generate insights that inform strategic decision-making.
- Synthesize insights into clear and actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Work closely with business heads, finance, and operations teams to drive cross-functional initiatives.
- Act as a credible strategy partner in business discussions and decision-making forums.
- Ensure alignment across stakeholders to facilitate effective execution of strategic initiatives
