Position : Transfer Pricing Manager

Location : Mumbai, India (Delivery Hub) work for UAE based clients (IC role initially)

About the Role:

We are looking for a Transfer Pricing Senior Manager to lead delivery for clients across the GCC, Jordan, and Egypt from our Mumbai office. This is a pioneering role in our pilot batch, offering enormous learning opportunities, exposure to multiple jurisdictions, and close collaboration with clientfacing teams in the Middle East. The role involves managing complex cross-border TP engagements, providing high-quality deliverables, and ensuring seamless execution of projects in coordination with onshore advisors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the delivery of transfer pricing projects for clients across GCC, Jordan, and Egypt.

- Handling technical analysis, documentation, benchmarking, financial modeling, and reporting.

- Ensure first-level quality checks and provide technical guidance on all deliverables.

- Support Middle East client-facing teams with strategic inputs, regulatory research, and technical expertise.

- Stay updated on regional TP laws (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Egypt, Jordan, Bahrain) and OECD Pillar 1 & 2 developments.

- Collaborate with Dubai and other onshore offices on cross-border workstreams and final signoffs.

- Contribute to knowledge building and training in this pilot batch, creating a foundation for future growth.

Operating Model Mumbai:

- Delivery execution, technical analysis, financial modeling, benchmarking, documentation, and quality control.

- Middle East Offices: Client relationship management, business development, regulatory strategy, advisory, and final sign-off.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Experience in Transfer Pricing, ideally with exposure to Middle East and international tax regimes.

- Strong expertise in TP documentation, benchmarking, and financial modeling.

- Solid understanding of OECD guidelines, BEPS, Pillar 1 & 2, and regional TP laws.

- Prior experience in managing cross-border projects with offshore/onshore collaboration.

- Big 4 / leading consulting firm background preferred.

- Professional qualifications such as CA, CPA, CFA, or Masters in Economics/Finance/Tax will be an advantage.
