Job Description
- The role is part of the firm's Transaction Advisory vertical, with a primary focus on advising and implementing solutions related to Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and Succession Planning.
- The candidate will work on structuring, evaluating, and executing strategic transactions for clients across industries.
- This function is led by CA (LLB) , who brings deep expertise in financial, legal, and strategic aspects of complex deals.
- The position offers exposure to high-impact projects involving business consolidation, ownership transition, and growth strategy.
- The deliverable would be presentations, case for opinions, concept note, etc.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality with strong ethics.
Education & Experience:
1. Chartered Accountant with Direct Tax or Transaction Advisory experience would be preferrable.
2. Experience - 4 to 6 years post qualification in Transaction Advisory
