We are seeking a result-oriented Manager - Training to lead our organizational learning and development initiatives. This role involves strategic planning, program design, vendor management, and training effectiveness measurement, closely integrated with operational excellence and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities


1. Strategic Planning & Needs Assessment

- Devise and implement the overall training strategy in alignment with business objectives and operational requirements.

- Conduct comprehensive Training Needs Analysis (TNA) using performance reviews, skill-gap studies, and functional leader inputs.

- Prepare and manage annual and monthly training calendars to address identified capability gaps.

2. Program Design & Delivery


- Oversee development and continuous improvement of training content and delivery mechanisms.

- Design functional, technical, and behavioral training programs for both employees and contractual workforce.

- Facilitate in-house training sessions and coordinate with external training partners for outsourced programs - including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and quality monitoring.

3. Training Effectiveness & Evaluation


- Implement robust tools and metrics to measure training ROI and learning impact.

- Conduct post-program evaluations, effectiveness assessments, and recommend improvements.

4. Performance Improvement & Operational Excellence


- Link learning outcomes with productivity, efficiency, and quality improvements.

- Participate in root cause analysis for operational delays; propose and drive "Kaizen" improvements linked to training.

- Support E&T pillar activities under Lean/TPM/TQM frameworks and lead internal training audits.

5. Compliance & Documentation


- Maintain training records in accordance with ISO, IATF, and AS9001 standards.

- Ensure audit readiness and compliance with all internal & external quality standards.

- Manage a structured, accessible training database.

Desired Skills & Competencies:

- Strong experience in L&D strategy, instructional design, and training delivery.


- Knowledge of Lean, TPM, or Continuous Improvement methodologies preferred.

- Excellent stakeholder management and vendor coordination skills.

- Proficiency in data-driven decision-making, ROI measurement, and reporting.

- Familiarity with ISO/IATF/AS standards related to training documentation.
