Job Responsibilities :   - Training delivery on Skills like Selling Skills, Communication Skills, etc.  - Ensure periodic, TNI based and tangibly effective, tests / refreshers for identified learners.  - Training delivery on Products, Processes, Systems  - Providing training for various job roles.  - Arrange Training programmes for soft skills and for interview facing skills for the Trainees using institutional and external expertise.  - To organize the entrepreneurship workshops.  - Have good contacts with HR representatives of prospective companies who'd hire the graduates.   - Be able to understand the requirements of students, their level/acumen & get them placed accordingly in companies the Trainees would join.  - Completion of all required forms and reports within the time frame allocated  - Support and monitor new trainees during the nesting period   - Conduct timely and constructive feedback and counselling of the trainees   - Identify the areas of improvement as per the process defined or as per the non-value added activities or loopholes.  - Ensure timely training delivery & certification to the trainees as per the schedule, specifications & guideline shared by corporate office.  - Excellent knowledge of latest telecom industry techniques & methodologies.  - Should have willingness to provide practical training on Telecom maintenance, operations & controlling covered by Telecom sector.  Required Skills :  - Should have keen observation skill   - Should be fluent in English & local language.   - Excellent facilitation and presentation skills.   - Should be able to express any topic in a comprehensive manner.  - Should be presentable & should have presence of mind.  - Should be able to grasp and learn faster and deliver telecom processes, product & application training's.   - Should be able to deliver soft skill /behavioural training's.  - Graduate with 4 - 8 years as a Trainer from Telecom Industry.  Salary: 5-8 LPA
