Position: Training and Development Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive Training and Development Manager with 3 to 8 years of experience to lead our learning initiatives.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing training needs, designing effective programs, and fostering a culture of continuous learning.

This role requires a professional with a strong background in L&D, instructional design, and e-learning development.

You will be key in implementing strategic training solutions that enhance employee skills, drive performance, and align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Assess training and development needs across the organization using various methods, including surveys, interviews, and performance evaluations.

- Design, implement, and oversee comprehensive training programs, utilizing a variety of delivery methods such as online, in-person, or blended learning.

- Develop and manage budgets for all training programs and workshops, and select and manage relationships with external training vendors and consultants.

- Lead and continuously improve onboarding and orientation programs for new hires to ensure a seamless transition into the company.

- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness and return on investment (ROI) of training programs using data and feedback.

- Coach and mentor managers and team leaders on effective training delivery and employee development strategies.

- Ensure all training materials and programs are compliant with company policies and regulatory requirements.

- Promote and champion a culture of continuous learning and development throughout the organization.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 3-8 years of experience in a training and development or similar role.

- Proven skills in Training Needs Analysis and Learning & Development (L&D).

- Expertise in Instructional Design and E-learning Development.

- Experience with Employee Onboarding programs.

- Strong ability in Talent Development and coaching.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

- A bachelors degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field
