
Manager Training
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Manager - Training to lead our learning and development initiatives, align training strategy with business objectives, and drive continuous performance improvement across the organization.
Location: Nagpur
Experience: 15+ Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the training strategy in alignment with organizational goals
- Identify training needs through performance reviews, skill gap analyses, and operational inputs
- Develop annual and monthly training calendars based on plant requirements
Program Design & Delivery
- Design and implement tailored functional and behavioral training programs
- Ensure quality and relevance of training modules
- Manage external training partners, including selection and performance monitoring
Training Effectiveness & Evaluation
- Establish systems to evaluate training ROI and effectiveness
- Analyze post-training feedback and performance to drive continuous improvement
Performance Improvement & Operational Excellence
- Link training outcomes to plant efficiency and process improvements
- Conduct root cause analysis for production delays and propose training-based solutions
- Support Education & Training pillar activities and lead related internal audits
Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure compliance with ISO, IATF, and AS9001 standards
- Maintain accurate and audit-ready training records and documentation
