Manager - Trade Support - Investment Banking Operation

As a manager, one should be actively taking part in BAU activities to understand the business in depth and have good hold of the process to resolve team queries. Will be additional responsible for Team accuracy, Cross training and Transformations to be implemented,

Requirements:

Education - B. Com / MBA (Finance)

Certifications If Any - Investment Banking Operation

Experience Range - 12-15 Yrs+

Mandatory skills:

- Understanding of Investment Banking and financial products e.g. Bonds, equity, Term Loan etc.

- Sound understanding of Term Loans, Fixed Income Products, Equities. MM and Derivatives Products. FX, OTC trade processing background with risks and controls surrounding this function.

- Good understanding of trade life cycle.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and effective interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work under pressure with excellent attention to detail,

- Ability to multitask, prioritize liaison with Stakeholders, Counterparties, Custodian, Front Office and trading desk,

- Experience / working knowledge of Trade support Activities for Fixed income market.

- Escalation of critical risks & non-compliance with policies, standards, and limits

Work Timings:

- US/EMEA - Should be flexible

- Process Timings: 2:00 PM to 5:30 AM IST

Note: Candidate should be flexible to work in Night shift, Night shift is a core requirement.
