Trade Marketing Manager will drive category growth and brand performance across general trade, modern trade, and alternate channels by developing and executing effective trade strategies, promotions, and visibility initiatives. The role bridges marketing and sales functions to ensure brand plans are efficiently translated into channel and customer-level activations. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement trade marketing plans aligned with brand and sales goals. - Lead channel-specific promotions, visibility drives, and BTL activations. - Manage POSM design, deployment, and trade spends for maximum ROI. - Collaborate with Sales to enhance in-store execution and distribution performance. - Track competition, analyze trade performance, and recommend corrective actions. - Support new product launches with impactful in-market execution. Requirements: - MBA in Marketing / equivalent. - 6-10 years' experience in trade or channel marketing within food/FMCG. - Strong understanding of GT, MT, and regional trade dynamics. - Excellent analytical, coordination, and execution skills.
