Manager - Trade Marketing - Consumer Durables/FMCG

1. JOB PURPOSE:

The Trade Marketing role will be responsible for planning and managing marketing activities across key international markets in the LATAM region. The role includes handling advertising budgets and working with external agencies for Creative, BTL, Digital, Media, PR and Market Research activities to execute trade marketing campaigns and on-ground activations.

The role holder will also act as an interface between the Marketing & Brand Management team and Country Sales teams to ensure global brand strategies are aligned with local market requirements and channel activities.

2. INTERACTION WITH STAKEHOLDERS:

Internal: Export BU, Marketing, Business Planning & NMD, Export BU, Sales (LATAM), Finance, Finance Business Partner.

External: Media.

3. JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Educational Qualifications: Essential: Graduate Any Stream/Branch. Preferred Institution: Any Premier Institute. Desired Qualification: Management / Business Management / Business Administration.

Work Experience: At least 5 years.

Industry Specification: Consumer Durables, Consumer Goods, FMCG, Automobile.

Additional Requirements: Experience in Trade Marketing, Brand Activation, Agency Management and Budget Handling.

Need for Travel: 10%.
