Identify, build relationship and achieve listing and execution with all the top on-premise accounts 3. Understand on-premise executional excellence and delivers it in trade with standard and customized visibility tools 4. Identify, list and partner with top events, music festivals and bands and ensure execution meets brand standards 5. Run commercial and promotional activities 6. Conduct staff training with partner's sales team, promotion team and on-premise accounts 7. Support local partner requests and questions to ensure brand execution is managed properly 8. Ensure delivery of commercial objectives and continuously track progress vs objectives 9. Constantly monitor and asses the competitors' brands in the defined territory and report back to management Requirements : 1) Being an opinion leader with an outgoing personality and good ability to network 2) Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills 3) Disciplined, details oriented and result driven 4) Being connected to what's happening, identifies and recommends local events and activities 5) High sense of creativity 6) Previous sales experience in the spirit, beverage or tobacco industry preferred
