Manager - Total Rewards Role Summary: - This position will lead the Total Rewards and Benefits portfolio for the global organization across India, US & Canada. - S/He will also lead the HR Analytics portfolio as an additional responsibility. Responsibilities: - Designs and develops compensation & rewards policies for the organization. - Leads C&B processes of pay planning, bonus planning, new benefits introduction, etc. - Leads and manages compensation projects for the entire organization globally - Accountable for the compensation and benefits budget, including the design, monitoring, reporting and adjusting of the budget. - Analyzes different components of the remuneration scheme in the organization and prepares reports about the internal equity and external competitiveness - Closely manages and leverages the relationship with the external compensation consulting company, does periodic benchmarking across the industry and various geographies that we operate in and define / redefine the rewards strategy. - Design policies to close gaps in the compensation of employees (introducing the internal equity at affordable costs). - Trains line managers in the complex usage of different HR and Compensation policies. - Advices top managers in taking difficult decisions in the area of compensation, benefits and motivation of employees - Overlooks end to end benefits and perks, to keep the organization competitive. - Leads the HR Analytics portfolio - responsible for the dashboard view of all HR metrics, predictive attrition analytics and leveraging data to provide actionable insights to the organization. Key Skills: - 3-7 Years Experience in Total Rewards. - Past experience in IT industry preferred. - Global experience of working in a global multi cultural environment , managing the North America market would be an advantage. - Ability to work in a fast paced, agile organization. Strong and proven analytical skills. Excellent MS Office skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint). - Excellent Communication skill
