Key Responsibilities:
- Act as SME for Total Rewards across EMEA; advise business on compensation, benefits, offers, retention packages, and pay for critical roles.
- Lead annual merit, bonus & promotion cycles; manage job architecture, pay ranges, internal equity, and compensation benchmarking.
- Design and administer country-specific benefits (medical, life, disability, retirement, flexible benefits); manage vendors, renewals, RFPs & SLAs.
- Drive wellbeing initiatives, benefits visibility, dashboards, newsletters, and pension plan administration.
- Design/maintain variable pay plans, recognition programs, and ensure compliance with EMEA pay & benefits regulations.
- Conduct pay equity reviews; build dashboards and analytics (compa-ratios, range penetration, benefits engagement).
- Train HRBPs/managers on Total Rewards philosophy, tools, and policies; support process automation and improvements.
- Administer rewards processes in HRIS tools (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
- Partner with HR, TA, Finance, Legal & leadership; manage external brokers/consultants and monitor SLAs.
- Support M&A compensation integration and maintain alignment with global frameworks.
Preferred Candidate:
- University graduate or above in relevant discipline.
- Minimum 10 years' experience in similar role in a multinational company or consulting background is preferred.
- Good understanding of EMEA laws and regulations. Proficiency in both written and spoken English is required.
- Strong expertise in Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, and HR policies
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors)
- Data analysis, dashboarding, and reporting skills
- Knowledge of EMEA laws and regulations on pay & benefits
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint
- Flexible to travel
