Manager To Director - Investment Banking - Consumer Sector

6-12 years in IB in Consumer sector is a must

- Financial Analysis and Modelling: Develop and maintain detailed financial models, including discounted cash flow (DCF), merger and acquisition (M&A) models. Perform valuation analyses and support transaction execution.

- Client Interaction: Assist in preparing client presentations, pitch books, and marketing materials. Provide insights and strategic recommendations to clients based on industry trends and financial data.

- Transaction Execution: Support senior bankers in managing the transaction process, including due diligence, document preparation, and coordination with various stakeholders. Participate in negotiations and oversee the execution of deals.

- Industry Research: Conduct in-depth research on the consumer sector, including market trends, competitive landscape, and economic factors. Stay updated on industry developments and regulatory changes.
