Job Summary:

As a Manager, you will lead GCC strategy, setup, expansion and transformation initiatives for global clients. You will work with C-suite and GCC leaders to define operating models, location and sourcing strategies, transformation roadmaps, and digital core and AI enablement strategies while driving measurable business value.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Act as a strategic advisor for GCC / GBS setup, expansion and transformation initiatives.

- Work with C-suite and GCC leadership to define business problems, transformation agendas and GCC charters.

- Define GCC strategy, operating model, location strategy, sourcing strategy and transition roadmaps.

- Conduct GCC maturity assessments across capability mix, value delivery, digital core and technology landscape.

- Identify transformation opportunities and develop actionable transformation roadmaps.

- Define digital core and AI enablement strategies for GCCs.

- Develop AI-ready data foundations, AI CoE strategies and AI scaling roadmaps.

- Align GCC strategy with enterprise value drivers such as growth, innovation, speed-to-market and cost efficiency.

- Develop business cases, value realization frameworks and transformation investment plans.

- Lead complex GCC / GBS transformation programs and large-scale delivery initiatives.

- Facilitate client workshops and develop strategic recommendations for senior stakeholders.

- Support budgeting, forecasting, proposal development and business development activities.

- Develop thought leadership, GCC points of view and transformation assets.

- Mentor teams and contribute to capability building, innovation and AI-led reinvention.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Proven experience in GCC / GBS advisory, including setup, expansion and transformation.

- Strong experience in GCC operating model design and global delivery transformation.

- Strong understanding of Digital Core / IT Strategy.

- Experience in Data & AI Strategy / AI Transformation in an enterprise or GCC environment.

- Experience driving CXO-level discussions on GCC transformation, operating models, AI enablement and value realization.

- Strong business-case development and transformation investment planning experience.

- Ability to develop value realization frameworks and transformation roadmaps.

- Strong understanding of data platforms, engineering, enterprise applications and integration.

- Strong storytelling, executive communication and workshop facilitation skills.

- Experience managing large teams and complex client engagements.

- Experience in budgeting, forecasting and proposal development.

- Strong GTM, business development and thought-leadership capabilities.

- Knowledge of emerging technology trends and transformation frameworks.

Additional Information:

- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience; overall experience expected: 7 - 12 years.

- Minimum 4 years of experience in GCC / GBS / Shared Services / Global Delivery transformation and advisory.

- Minimum 3 years of experience leading or managing large teams, including strategic analysis, client workshops and delivery of recommendations.

- Strong experience across GCC setup, expansion and transformation; Digital Core / IT Strategy; Data & AI Strategy / AI Transformation.

- MBA from a Tier 1 Institute is required.

- Industry experience across Financial Services, Retail, CMT, Life Sciences or Resources is preferred.

- Candidate should have strong consulting, stakeholder management, communication and executive presentation skills.
