We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Manager to lead our Technology Procurement Strategy & Acquisition efforts across hedge fund, private equity, investment banking, and asset management clients.

This is a vendor-facing, consultative role that requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders. Youll play a pivotal role in shaping a fast-growing business line - ideal for someone with deep technology expertise and the ambition to build and lead.
What you will do:
- Own vendor relationships across key enterprise technology providers, including performance tracking and contract optimization
- Lead end-to-end sourcing and procurement processes: solution evaluation, negotiation, renewal, and compliance
- Advise clients on cost savings opportunities, licensing models, and strategic procurement planning
- Analyze usage data and entitlements to reduce waste, optimize spend, and mitigate audit risk
- Collaborate with internal teams to manage contract terms, reconcile invoices, and track access rights
- Deliver insights and strategic recommendations, acting as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders
- Partner closely with commercial, legal, and operational teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery
Skills and experience:
- 7+ years of experience in technology procurement, vendor management, or strategic sourcing within financial services or consulting
- Deep knowledge of enterprise technology categories (infrastructure, SaaS, cloud, cybersecurity, data platforms) and licensing frameworks
- Proven ability to lead commercial negotiations, structure contracts, and manage complex vendor relationships
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills, with a focus on outcomes and execution
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; adept at influencing senior internal and external stakeholders
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple workstreams under tight timelines
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP), PowerPoint, and other standard productivity tools
