Manager - Technology Recruitment/Talent Acquisition - SAP & Technology Consulting Firm

We are hiring a Technology Recruitment Lead for our client. This is a Hybrid role - and can be based in Pune (preferred) or Hyderabad or Noida.

Client: A Europe HQ'ed large and fast growing SAP and Technology Consulting firm. They have 1000+ employees across multiple offices in India and multiple countries

Primary responsibility is to lead a team for hiring for SAP and other technologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive recruitment strategy

- Manage large-scale hiring programs across regions

- Lead TA teams

- Stakeholder engagement

- Optimize hiring metrics (TAT, TTF, CPH etc)

- Optimize Hiring processes

- Use AI in the entire hiring process

- Strengthen employer branding

- Improve candidate experience

Ideal Candidate Profile

- 10+ years of Technology Hiring experience

- Global hiring experience

- Good experience in SAP, SAP SuccessFactors & MuleSoft hiring

- Recruitment transformation exposure

- Can connect with hiring managers and sales managers to understand upcoming mandates

- Employer branding leadership

- Workforce planning

- Talent & Hiring analytics

- Have used AI in the Recruitment Process

- Can do detailed and regular reporting

- Has done Industry Mapping

- Pleasant Personality & Professional Attitude

- Good communication and presentation

- Can relocate to Pune

Budgets for this role are around 20-27 LPA
