Manager - Techno Commercial - Automotive

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Tenders/RFQ's offer submission and response

- Developing strategies, generating leads, closing deals, managing customer relationships, creating marketing campaigns, and analysing market trends to achieve business objectives, boost brand awareness, and drive revenue. The core functions include developing integrated sales and marketing plans, collaborating with teams, tracking performance through reports, and using various channels (digital and traditional) to reach potential customers and meet sales targets.

- Knowledge of initial design calculations of heater / Structures / Pressure parts / Piping as per ASME Codes and study the customer documents & PDS (Process data sheet) for making quotation.

- Participate in technical meetings and technical clarification with customer & Supplier

- Knowledge of fatigue analysis (FEA)

- Must be able to provide support in pre bid engineering, drive sales growth, tailored solution and build long term business relationships.

- Knowledge of participation in tenders vide portal like GEM, Eproc, NIC etc.

- Preparation of bid documents and timely submission of tenders and quotes.

- Good negotiation skills and smart to handle the customer.

- Preparation of sketch for Pre-order stage.

- Preparation of technical offer & cost estimation for Heater Bundle, Pressure Vessel & heater control panel.

- Market & competitors analysis for electric heater.

- Knowledge of manual Calculation using ASME Section VIII and Section II Part D

- Preparation of Technical Delivery Condition (Purchase Order Specification) of materials considering ASME Section II Part A & B for jobs

- Providing necessary support to Design, Procurement & Production Team.

- Planning activities as per project timelines and customer delivery dates.

- Any other activity required to ensure job completion in time and as per client requirement and departmental requirements.
