Manager - Technical Training 5+ Years of Exp. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Training Manager to lead our training initiatives in Noida. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs focused on essential technical skills, including AI, machine learning, computer vision, deep learning, NLP, and reinforcement learning. Additionally, expertise in at least one of the major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a must. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for our technical teams, covering core skills such as AI, machine learning, computer vision, deep learning, NLP, and reinforcement learning. - Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously refine content to ensure relevance and impact. - Serve as a subject matter expert on AI and related technologies, keeping abreast of industry trends and best practices. - Comprehensive training program covering key skills in AI, including machine learning, computer vision, deep learning, NLP, reinforcement learning, and cloud expertise with a focus on AWS, Azure, or GCP. - Provide tailored training in digital tools and technologies to meet specific business needs. - Conduct comprehensive training needs assessments, and create engaging content including module outlines, presentations, trainer's guides, participant's guides, and other training materials. - Oversee post-training reporting, ensuring accurate recording and reporting of training data on our Learning Management System (LMS) - ReNew. - Facilitate seamless program management, coordinating with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful execution. REQUIREMENTS: - 5+ of proven experience in designing and delivering effective training programs. - Strong communication and presentation skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
