Job Description:

- Expert in Design and Engineering for Electrical Low Voltage Access control system, CCTV, Fire alarm, Public addressable system, very early smoke detection system, Water leak detection, Rodent repellent & Intrusion Alarm System.

- Tendering, Tech Write-up, preparing BOM, Negotiating with OEM s and Technical Compliance.

- Releasing bill of material to procurement team for material order and vendor selection based on the product requirement.

- Attending Pre-Bid Meeting with clients to finalize the exact queries/deviation from the tender considered.

- Good Client handling skills and being One Point of Contact for Project related activities.

- Good communication, presentation skills and ability to quickly adapt to the technical environment.

- Recognized for providing solution-oriented approach and have excellent abilities working and managing a Team.

- Technical Meeting with clients to understand their requirements.

- Effective implementation of standards to design the system economically.

- Preparation of Documents Operation/System philosophy, Datasheets as per client Specifications.

- Value engineering: Cost saving to the project by selecting make/model without diluting the tender specification and easy installation.
