Manager - Technical Accounting - US GAAP - CA

We are hiring Manager - Technical Accounting - US GAAP for our client based at Hyderabad.

Requirements:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) or CPA with 6 to 10 years of post qualification experience in Technical Accounting, Ind AS, US GAAP, IFRS, SEC Filings, Transaction Advisory, etc.

- Research and interpret accounting standards to determine appropriate accounting treatment for complex transactions.

- Experience in technical accounting assessments related to Revenue Recognition (ASC 606), Lease Accounting (ASC 842), Business Combinations (ASC 805), Property, Plant & Equipment - PPE (ASC 360), Investments - Equity Method and Joint Ventures (ASC 323) and Consolidations (ASC 810).

- Prepare technical accounting memorandums and position papers supporting accounting conclusions.

- Candidates having work experience in Big 4 consulting firm is preferred.

- Support in Transaction Advisory engagements, including accounting analysis for mergers and acquisitions, capital market transaction, and other complex transactions.

- Assist with financial reporting and regulatory compliance, including preparation and review of SEC filings.

- Ensure consistent application of Ind AS, US GAAP, and IFRS standards in financial reporting.

- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality advisory services within tight regulatory timelines.

- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.

- Excellent technical documentation and communication skills.

- Should be flexible to work in shift.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality deliverables.
