Manager - Technical Accounting - Consulting

Key Requirements:

- Strong hands-on experience in Technical Accounting / Accounting Advisory / Financial Reporting.

- Expertise in US GAAP and/or IFRS and accounting research.

- Experience handling complex and non-routine accounting transactions.

- Strong exposure to technical accounting memos, accounting policies and position papers.

- Experience across areas such as Revenue Recognition, Leases, Business Combinations, Consolidation, Investments, Debt/Equity, Impairment, Share-based Payments, etc.

- Exposure to new accounting standard implementation and assessment of accounting implications.

- Strong experience in financial reporting, disclosures and audit support.

- Ability to work with senior stakeholders, external auditors and cross-functional teams.

- Big 4 / Accounting Advisory / Technical Accounting background preferred.

- Industry profiles can also be considered, provided they have strong core technical accounting experience.
