We are hiring for a Manager - Tech M&A role in Gurgaon and Bangalore with a focus on IT Due-Diligence, Performance Improvement, advisory, and strategy in the tech industry. The candidate should have 8-11 years of experience and will work in a hybrid mode.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide operational insight and support IT transformation for private equity and corporate businesses

- Implement IT performance improvement programs across various industry sectors

- Evaluate cost reduction and revenue enhancement opportunities

- Conduct technology and E-Commerce due diligence pre-transaction and offer post-transaction services

- Lead IT planning for carve-outs, post-merger integration, and performance improvement initiatives

- Design and execute Digital Transformation initiatives in Data Science & Analytics, Digital Workforce & Artificial Intelligence, and Digitization

- Contribute to business development activities by developing successful pitches and selling services
