Manager - Taxation - Real Estate

- File monthly, quarterly & annual GST returns for all LLPs.

- Reconcile GSTR-2B with books; resolve vendor mismatches.

- Monitor input tax credit and manage GST audits & notices.

- Ensure timely GST payments and RERA compliance.

- Oversee TDS deduction, deposit & quarterly filings.

- Reconcile TDS ledgers and support income tax audits.

- Maintain tax compliance calendar for multiple LLPs.

- Coordinate with Accounts & Audit teams for validations.

- Track statutory updates and implement in SAP.

-Maintain tax records, respond to audits, and share monthly dashboards - Direct , Indirect Tax
