Responsibilities:

- Leading the entire SAP automation charter w.r.t. GST and Income-tax

- Finding avenues to reduce GST charge into our P&L and find ways to facilitate GST refund from the department

- Structuring business to bring in GST efficiencies. Also, set-up deferred taxes for the Company and re-look at the ways / process of filing our income-tax returns and handle relevant assessments / department audits etc.

- Collaborating with in-house technical teams to find GST non-compliances (if any) and work with them closely to fix the leakages (if any)

- To oversee tax compliance and file GST / TDS returns on a regular basis and ensure zero non-compliances

- Leading statutory, internal, GST and other audits for his / her areas and ensure timely closure with no observations

- End to end management of tax notices (GST and IT), assessments and inquiries from tax
